Child Protection Case Management Skills Training is designed to equip child protection staff with practical tools to manage cases with accuracy, consistency and accountability. The program guides participants through the full case management cycle and ensures they can apply structured assessments, develop care plans and coordinate referrals that support child wellbeing. The training applies an interactive and skills based approach that strengthens decision making and enhances field-level performance.
